I am a Vice Principal at Grover Cleveland Middle School in the Caldwell-West Caldwell School District. I am also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching at the College of Education and Human Services at Montclair State University.
I completed undergraduate studies in Economics and a Master's Degree in Education at the University of Virginia. I completed a second Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Rutgers University. I am currently pursuing a doctorate at Rutgers. My dissertation focus is on teacher motivation and capacity to learn and change in collaborative environments.
